Club Girlstart is an educational outreach program which encourages girls to believe in themselves, pursue paths to higher education and discover greater career opportunities. Club Girlstart's curriculum enhances girls' STEM learning through relatable, fun, hands-on and comprehensive activities in an all-girls, informal environment.

Club Girlstart includes the following components:

  • One-hour weekly hands-on, informal STEM activities - TEKS aligned
  • Club Girlstart t-shirt
  • Positive female role models serve as Program Leaders
  • Opportunity to hear from female STEM professionals
  • Higher education awareness and career components incorporated

Further, to address the scheduling needs of different school communities, we will also offer a STEM residency model program, where we will conduct after school programs for a shorter period of time (4-8 weeks).
