Kids young and old still love to play with play dough! With the help from SciGirls, attendees at the National Science Teacher Association created unique, squishy circuit creatures. We hope you enjoy their creations!
Girls In STEM took place on April 6th at The University of Texas at Austin and it was a huge success; 576 4th-8th grade girls from all over the state registered to attend! Throughout the day girls attended hands-on workshops led by 95 presenters/co-presenters and over 150 volunteers helped the day of the conference.
Making air hands-on related to standards 4.7C, 4.6D, 5.6D! Girlstart is making hovercrafts at the Community Science Festival presented by National Science Teacher Association Conference. This is a great activity to do with your classroom students or kids at home.
