Ways You Can Support Girlstart on #GivingTuesday:

Make a donation and support STEM education for girls!



$35 One Girls in STEM Conference scholarship (100 needed)
Help a girl discover her future STEM career! 600+ 4th-8th grade girls will attend our signature Girls in STEM Conference next spring, where they will participate in hands-on activities led by women working in STEM careers. Over 175 scholarships are needed for high-need attendees. 

$50 STEM supplies for one Starry Night activity booth (35 needed)
Bring STEM to life at our free community Starry Nights held in Girlstart's unique Mini-Planetarium. Starry Nights are held the 1st Thursday of the month during the school year, with each month featuring a new astronomy experience and 4-5 related hands-on activities.
 
$100 STEM supplies for one Girlstart After School club meeting for 20-25 girls
Provide STEM supplies that inspire girls to fall in love with STEM! Girlstart After School reaches more than 1,300 4th-6th grade girls with free STEM education programs every week throughout the school year at our partner schools. Girlstart is currently reaching 54 schools in 17 districts in Central Texas, as well as ‘to Go’ in Bryan, San Antonio, Waco, and the greater Houston, DFW, and Rio Grande Valley areas. 
 
$300 One Girlstart Summer Camp scholarship (200 needed)
Change a girl's life with Girlstart Summer Camp! 700+ girls will attend Girlstart Summer Camp next year and nearly half will receive a scholarship to attend at no cost. You can make it possible for girls to attend Girlstart Summer Camp all over the nation (Silicon Valley, Chicago area, Texas, and Seattle area) next summer. 
 
$1,000 (STEM SOCIETY LEVEL) STEM supplies for one semester (approximately 10 lessons) of Girlstart After School for 20-25 girls 
Make Girlstart possible year-round for girls! Support one year of Girlstart After School program with free STEM education programs every week throughout the school year at our partner schools. Girlstart is currently reaching 54 schools in 17 districts in Central Texas, as well as ‘to Go’ in Bryan, San Antonio, Waco, and the greater Houston, DFW, and Rio Grande Valley areas.
